Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

However, due to hygiene reasons and health & safety for cosmetic and skincare products we are unable to refund these products. If you receive a broken, faulty or defective product. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will discuss this. 

We reserve the right to refuse an refund or exchange for a product!
We require proof or purchase (eg. Order number, Receipt) to further any enquiries.

Due to our Health and Safety Protocol we only replace items if they have arrived broken or defective and will be of the same individual item.

Returns / Refunds ( If Granted )

Once the order has been received and inspected by a member of our team. You will be informed of weather a refund has been issued or rejected. Which will be then processed and returned via the way of which the purchase was made. Which can take some days.

If a product is needed to be returned you are responsible to pay for any return of product to Josh Cosmetics. We strongly advise to use a tracked shipping service to ensure no loss of shipment on its return. 
Please do allow time for any replaced products to arrive in mail due to shipping lead times.
